Are you unsure which location is the best place for your group? We have the perfect solution!
Inspection Visits are an opportunity to look at the facilities on our Sports, Skiing, Performing Arts and Cultural Tours plus view other sports and recreation facilities in the area to plan ahead for your group. During the Visit you will be free to look around the resort, talk to our activ4 Resort Staff to plan a tour to suit your group's needs, view the accommodation, carry out your risk assessment, and compile any necessary presentation resources.
Inspection Visits are limited to one per Party Leader per tour booking, however, additional guests may accompany you at a minimal charge (£199 per extra guest to Europe - Barbados, Toronto, South Africa also available - please ring for prices).
A typical Inspection Visit to Europe includes:
4 days/3nights
return flights/transfers/taxes
half-board accommodation
day excursion to local venue
opportunity to do risk assessment

PARENTS EVENINGS
An integral part of your tour preparation will be a Parents Evening. This can be either a promotional evening where you present your proposed tour and recruit interest or a final briefing relatively close to your date of departure, when the bulk of your tour arrangements have been completed. In either case, we will do as much as possible to lend our support and encouragement.
We can provide an activ4 represenative to be in attendance and assist in presenting the proposed tour, but please check for staff availability prior to advertising your meeting.
